The purpose of the course is to make students understand proteomics framework involving background, fundamental concept, content and research methods. And also the applications and progress of proteomics are introduced mainly in the fields of life science and agriculture. In the course, there eight chapters including basic concept ,sample preparation,2-dimentional and capillary electrophoresis, image analysis ,biomass spectrum technique and protein identification, quantity proteins ,modification of post-translation, protein interaction and bioinformatics related to protein, however the part of biomass spectrum and interaction among proteins are mainly lectured to students.
