After finishing learning this course systemically you can reach the following objects: understanding the concepts of international investment and the related、the reason and economic effects of international investment; understanding systemically theories of international investment、theories of goods export and FDI、theoretic analysis of factors such as antidumping on FDI、investment theories of transnational firms as the carriers of FDI; cases analysis of international investment.

Lec 2：John H. Duning: theory of international investment on ownership advantage、 internalization advantage and location advantage;
Lec 3：Theory of international investment of marginal industry; theory of national foreign direct investment.
Lec 4：Alternative strategies of goods export and foreign direct investment under Counot-nash competition.
Lec 5：Alternative strategies of goods export and foreign direct investment under Stackelberg-nash competition.
Lec 6：Anti-dumping jumping foreign direct investment under Counot-nash competition and factors affecting FDI
Lec 7：Anti-dumping jumping foreign direct investment under Stackelberg-nash competition and factors affecting FDI
Lec 8：Anti-dumping jumping foreign direct investment based on upstream and down stream under Counot-nash competition
