The course “Advances in Modern Methods of Food Analysis” introduces recent physical, chemical, and biological methods applied in food analysis. The teaching materials combine theories mainly with practices of the last three years reported in the international journals on food analysis. They includes skills and strategies of pretreatment in food analysis, chromatographic separation and analysis, identification, thermal-analysis, micro-analysis, biochemical examination, detection of genetically-modified foods, non-destructive determination, and other latest technologies and methods relevant to food analysis.
