This course introduces and explains the structure and the way of running a modern finance market, the development and evolvement of money and banking, and the tools of monetary policy and their mechanism. Not only does it analyze the problems in the situation of China's finance reform, but also gives advise to resolve these problems.

考试大纲:

This course not only puts emphasis on the delivery about basic principles, but also analyzes the theory and practice of China's Financial Reformation. In this class, not only will the teacher give lectures, but the students are encouraged to participate in the twice class discussion as well. Meanwhile, there will be 3 to 5 questions in each lecture, in order to encourage students to participate the discussion and to make them have the opportunity to use what they have learnt in the classroom and gain something for this kind of teaching method. 1. Assessment method：Close Textbook Examination 2. Grading rules 1）Attendance, 10 mark; Every absence will lead to a deduction of 5 mark，above 3 times need to study the course next year； 2）Class Discussion and Answering questions, 10 mark； 3）Homework, 10 mark； 4）Final Examination, 70 mark.
